Steps of Google Cloud Print Setup at 123.hp.com/setup

  1. Switch ON your HP printer and load plain paper in input paper tray.
  2. Ensure that toner or ink cartridges are installed properly. Also, connect your Android device and HP printer to the same network.
  3. Download and install the cloud print plugin app from the Google Play store.
  4. Open settings and search for printing. After that tap on printing. 
  5. Click at On button found next to the Cloud Print option. After that turn off the print service plugins.
  6. Click at Cloud Print and then on main menu icon to add your printer.  
  7. The Cloud Print plugin searches the list of all HP printers on the network. Select the printer which you want to add and then tap on OK button.
  8. Fill the details in the registration form on your 123.hp.com/setup. 


Steps of AirPrint Setup at 123.hp.com/setup

  1. Check whether your HP printer supports AirPrint or not. 
  2. Ensure that your HP printer and iOS device connected to the same network. 
  3. If needed then remove USB cable from your printer. It is not possible to print wirelessly when an Ethernet cable is connected with your printer.
  4. Open control panel of your printer and click on setup. After that click on network and then wireless setup wizard.
  5. In case, your HP printer does not have any control panel display then press the wireless button for some time. Press the WPS button on the router.
  6. Turn ON your 123.hp.com/setup printer. 
  7. Open the document or photo which you want to be print out. Click on Print option after selecting the name of your printer from the list of printer. 
  8. The Menus and options may vary depending on printer model. Enter the number of copies you want to print out and then click on print option.
